SERVICE AGREEMENT: Private 1:1 Intro Session
1. Parties and Agreement Information
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the date the Client completes payment for the services described herein (the “Effective Date”) between any entity forming part of the Free Free Ecosystem, including but not limited to foundations, companies, or affiliated entities operating under the Free Free brand (the “Organization”), and the individual or entity completing such payment (the “Client”).
2. Services
The Client has purchased a one-time private 1:1 Intro Session (the “Services”) designed to provide bespoke guidance, direct coaching, and support in exploring the most aligned pathway for deeper transformation.
The Client acknowledges that this session is not a free consultation or discovery call, and purchase does not guarantee entry into any future private mentorship, programme, or ongoing container.
3. Term
This Agreement becomes effective on the Effective Date and remains in effect until the purchased session has been delivered or otherwise forfeited in accordance with this Agreement.
The session must be booked and completed within 60 days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organization.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
The Client’s session is confirmed only once payment has been received.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided under this Agreement.
Due to the nature of the Services and the time reserved exclusively for the Client, the Client agrees to purchase only when fully available for the investment and committed to attending the session.
6. Rescheduling and No-Shows
The Client may reschedule the session one time with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
No-shows are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
7. Client Responsibility
The Client understands and agrees that they remain fully responsible for their own choices, actions, wellbeing, and results arising from participation in the Services.
The Organization makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or transformations.
8. Confidentiality
Any information shared by either party during the session shall be treated as confidential and handled with care, discretion, and respect.
Confidential information does not include information already known to the receiving party, publicly available information, or information lawfully obtained from a third party.
Confidential information may only be shared with the written consent of both parties, unless disclosure is required by law.
These confidentiality obligations shall survive termination of this Agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
The Organization retains all intellectual property rights in all materials, teachings, processes, frameworks, and content shared in connection with the Services (the “Materials”).
Except for personal use, the Client agrees not to copy, reproduce, record, distribute, disclose, teach from, or sell the Materials, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without the Organization’s prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer; No Professional Advice; No Guarantees
The Services are educational and coaching-based in nature and are not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.
The Organization does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
Any statements made during the session, including but not limited to discussions of business, wealth, leadership, relationships, or personal growth, are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees of any kind.
Results may vary, and the Client assumes full responsibility for any personal, professional, legal, medical, or financial decisions made following the session.
11. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
The Organization reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the Services at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the session is not an appropriate fit.
If the Organization cancels the session before the Services are delivered, the Client may be offered a rescheduled session or a refund, at the Organization’s discretion.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organization’s maximum aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services.
In no event shall the Organization be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, emotional distress, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in New York, New York, through good-faith mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed by the parties, before either party pursues any other legal remedy, except where injunctive relief is permitted by law.
The state and federal courts located in New York, New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to mediation or arbitration.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Organization with respect to the Services and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral.
15. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Acceptance
By completing payment for the Services described in this Agreement, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set forth herein as of the Effective Date.
Such payment shall be deemed the Client’s electronic acceptance and the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature.
